Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Astro Nails, appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
Please review the following policies before booking.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It may only be charged if a cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fee applies under our policy.
Booking Agreement
By booking an appointment and providing a card on file, you acknowledge and agree to Astro Nails’ Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy, including any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, or no-show fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or adjusted to avoid delaying the next client.
If the service can no longer be completed within the remaining appointment time, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged according to our cancellation policy.
Refunds & Complimentary Corrections
All completed services are non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact Astro Nails within 3 days of your appointment. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a complimentary correction.
Complimentary corrections are limited to concerns related to the original service and do not include changes in color, shape, length, or design requested after the appointment.
Additional Work & Existing Product
If your nails require extra repair, correction, or removal beyond the service booked, additional time and fees may apply.
Removal of product applied at another salon is not included unless specifically stated and may be charged separately.
If the condition of the nails requires significantly more time than scheduled, the service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
Service Changes & Add-Ons
Please select all needed add-ons when booking whenever possible.
Additional length, nail art, French, chrome, repairs, or product removal may require extra time and additional fees.
Services or add-ons requested at the appointment cannot be guaranteed if sufficient time was not reserved.
Health & Safety
Astro Nails reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if there are visible signs of infection, inflammation, open wounds, significant nail damage, or any condition that may make the service unsafe for the client or technician.
In these cases, you may be advised to consult a qualified medical professional before booking a future appointment.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered in genuine emergencies and are made at the discretion of Astro Nails.
