Services
Astro Nails provides professional nail services, including hard gel extensions, hard gel fills and rebalancing, gel manicures, dry manicures, and related add-on services.
Service availability, duration, pricing, and descriptions may change from time to time.
Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked through our approved booking system.
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and any necessary add-ons when booking. If additional work is required that was not included in the original booking, additional time and fees may apply.
Appointment cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, and refunds are governed by our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on the website represent the current starting or listed price for each service.
Final pricing may vary depending on length, additional services, nail art, repairs, product removal, or other work requested or required during the appointment.
Payment is due at the time the service is completed unless otherwise stated.
A valid credit card may be required to secure an appointment in accordance with our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Service Results
Nail services are customized to each client. Results and wear time may vary depending on natural nail condition, lifestyle, home care, length, product choice, and other individual factors.
Astro Nails cannot guarantee a specific wear time for every client.
Clients are responsible for following recommended aftercare and avoiding activities that may damage the nails or product.
Health & Safety
Clients should inform Astro Nails of any known allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or conditions that may affect the safe performance of a nail service.
Astro Nails reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service if the condition of the nails or surrounding skin may make the service unsafe.
Astro Nails does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Clients may be advised to consult a qualified medical professional when appropriate.
Existing Product & Repairs
Existing nail product, particularly material applied by another salon, may require additional removal, correction, or preparation.
Additional fees and appointment time may apply.
Astro Nails reserves the right to determine whether existing product can safely be filled or must be removed before a new service is performed.
Nail Art & Add-Ons
French, chrome, ombré, nail art, additional length, repairs, and other add-ons are not included in the base service price unless specifically stated.
Whenever possible, add-ons should be selected when booking so sufficient appointment time can be reserved.
Requested additions cannot be guaranteed if sufficient time is not available.
Photos & Content
Astro Nails may photograph completed nail work for portfolio, educational, website, or social media purposes only when permitted by the client.
Any use of images that identifies the client will be subject to appropriate consent.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, policies, and other information may be updated at any time.
The website may occasionally contain technical errors or interruptions. Astro Nails does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or online booking system.
